How frequent are appointments?
It is strongly recommended that sessions be scheduled on a weekly basis for the initial 4-6 weeks of our work together. This consistent frequency allows for deeper exploration and progress toward your goals. Frequency of sessions may be adjusted based on the progress made and the goals we have identified together. Depending on your specific objectives, sessions may decrease to biweekly or monthly intervals as deemed appropriate.
Do you accept Insurance?
We accept the following insurance providers: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Although we are contracted with BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna each plan differs therefore we can NOT guarantee that your specific plan is considered IN Network with LHB. Please contact your insurance plan directly to know your behavioral health benefits
Benefits of self pay instead of filing insurance
The number of sessions you require will not be determined by insurance companies. I am committed to providing you with the support and care you need for as long as necessary.
I have the freedom to employ the type of treatment that I believe is most suitable for your needs, without any external restrictions.
Why consider self pay over filing insurance?
There are instances where insurance companies may impose limitations on the length and number of sessions permitted.
Payment
LHB Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, LLC is pleased to offer the convenience of accepting all major credit and debit cards for our services. To ensure seamless scheduling and payment processing, we require an active card to be kept on file.
Cancellation Policy
We would like to remind you that the time allocated for your session is reserved exclusively for your benefit. In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Failure to cancel your appointment within the stipulated 24-hour period will result in a fee of $105 being charged for missed appointments.
Missed sessions cannot be billed to insurance.
Out of Network/Self Pay
In the event that you are out-of-network, you possess the option to pay for your sessions via cash payment. Subsequently, you may opt to submit a "superbill." A superbill functions as an invoice containing all requisite documentation for your submission to your insurance company. It is at the discretion of your insurance company to determine whether reimbursement for sessions will be provided. Superbills are made available on a monthly basis, upon your request. It is imperative to note that LHB Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, LLC cannot ensure reimbursement from your insurance company.
